Disclaimer: We are a non-profit organization, in the form of a church; filled with born again   
believers to do the will of God.  We are not affiliated with any governmental agencies; we do
not receive funds from FEMA.  We negotiate with the utility companies, using leverage with our
name or names and/or participating affiliates to restore service.

The percentage that you give to have services restored is not a deposit.   The percentage is  
a donation to cover all operational cost to have your services restored.   The operational cost is
a compliance tool used to have your services restored.  This donation is tax deductible at the
end of the year.  In most instances, you will be set up with a new account to have services
restored through Grace Bible Center and/or its participating affiliates; while being an example of
helping others to succeed with matters of the heart .   An additional witness is required to sign
the application for senior citizens looking to restore service.
